I thought I posted on this in a previous thread, but I can't find it. I used it about a month ago. At the very end of the check in counters in T2, down by SQ counters, CGK has started a premium check in area. When I checked in, it only worked with 4 airlines. The only 2 I can remember are LH, and MH. SQ was not one of them at the time. It is only available if ticketed in C and F. I will fly in LH C next week, will try and remember to post all airlines that participate.

CGK is making some positive changes. This, with new immigration areas that move much faster, is making a better experience. I also noted coming off a flight yesterday, that they have started installing red carpet in some areas. CGK still has a LONG way to go to threaten SIN, HKG, and even KUL. No if only they could better direct the traffic around the airport.
