OK, KL, AF, and AZ all use narrowbodies on the route, from what I can see. Thus, the product will be intra-European business class which amounts to a blocked middle seat, and probably not much extra legroom (2" maybe). On the other hand, RO runs an A310 on the route for some of their flights, which appears to have a proper business class (probably more like US domestic first class, if you're familiar with it). I can't comment on the food or service on RO.
I flew LHR-FCO-TLV and return on AZ in coach and found it perfectly pleasant. For their business class seats, the middle seat is blocked by a tray table and the center armrests move in to widen the personal space a bit. I'm not sure the same is true of the AF/KL short-haul business hard product.
