Any recent thoughts on this? I'm doing some hiking, and my daypack (which I'd rather not check) is 26" tall, so it obviously won't fit in the sizer. This is it: http://www.ospreypacks.com/en/produc...specifications . It won't look as bulky and overstuffed as in the picture, though.

I'm flying F and connecting from AA-->BA in LHR. I'm not worried about problems with AA; only the LHR sizer police. What are my chances with this bag? Am I better off transferring from T3 to T5 land-side or air-side if I want to avoid the sizer police?
