I'm visiting Seoul in March (14-17). Suggestions about an inexpensive hotel (around $ 100) near the city hall area?

By the way I failed to cast my vote in the Seoul vs. Taipei debate. Neither city is all that alluring, but the people and the countryside make both attractive.
