Lost bags
After returning from LOS on a mileage run, I found the checked bag that I had brought(with about $1500 of contents inside) did not make it back to YVR. Is this typical, and, if so, what kind of compensation should I expect?
(I needed it so I could put all my duty free in a checked bag)
