Great review. Very fair assessment IMO.
The wife has flew then a couple of more times recently. We feel the same way too in that it has to be a great deal on G4 for us to fly with them since we're willing to pay a bit more to avoid some of the potential pitfalls. But if things fall in place, we'd consider flying with them again.
