The fact of the matter is that the BA programme even despite the Avios changes is a much better programme than it was 12 months ago. There was a time where you get sweet F A in pretty much all discounted economy fares and that restriction no longer exists. There are also lots of other positives that have come through recently including increased TP earn etc. Therefore I am surprised posters are not seeing the bigger picture.

42,000 miles initially and then 22,000 miles for each referral. I wonder if any of those offering to be referrers listed in the first post would be willing to tell us how many miles they have received so far in this scheme.
