UC's turn their lost & found stuff in to whoever handle's UA's lost & found at the station and they do it fairly quickly. You unfortunately need to call whoever handles it in MSP. Might be UA directly, might be MSP airport authority.

If it's UA it's a real nuisance and there's about a 5% chance you will see the coat again.
