First post be gentle, how do you actually spend BA/Avios miles?
Do you have to book miles in advance?
Best to do it online or phone the exec club?

Looking to travel to Hong Kong in March or Buenos Aires in April and there seems to be no flights at all.

Any help gratefully appreciated.
