I like to unpack / pack my luggage myself and just like MikeFromTokyo I'm not a huge fan of Butler service.

A long time ago at Savoy London there was a guy in the restroom who was drying your hands with a towel just after you washed them. It felt akward to me, very uncomfortable. You were just standing with the guy massaging your hands through the towel, not knowing what to look at, just waiting for him to finish.
