Croatia is gorgeous, was there this summer. Depending on how you would like to route, the easiest way would be AA to BUD, then MA to ZAG, or AA to LHR then BA to DBV. For Zurich, just MA to BUD from where you are in Croatia, then MA to ZRH, and AA home.

It will take multiple one way awards if you want to stay in ZRH though.
