Why wouldn't you use awardwallet and export to excel? That way all updates are automatic.

If your spreadsheet has other functuionality, at least awardwallet could be used for the data import so you would not have to key in changes.

5 airline accounts is probably about right but I'd add a few more in case great offers come up. BA is a perfect example. I never thought I'd have an account with them until the 100K bonus came out.

Also, there is no US Airways on your list. Do you want to track UR and MR points since those are easily converted to airline miles?
