Sounds way too complicated.. Let's just go back to PM UA boarding. Things will be much easier.
The suggested 3 lane approach is exactly what PMUA used at the most efficient and orderly airport - NRT - before the CO people came in with the totally illogical process (purposedly create the illusion - and confusion - to make low elites and credit card holders think that they are the equal of GS/1K because they walk over the same carpet)
