When I slice an orange and squeeze a half with my hand, my hand gets wet, either with juice or oil from the peel or both. You can't seriously believe that if it's done mechanically, that none of that drips into the tank. I'm sure it's not going to harm anyone, but as I said above, if I were home, if someone dropped an orange on the floor that was destined for that tank, I would have mentioned it to the manager.
