I fly a to BOS a couple of times a year and have seldom had a 747. On the 777 I have found that the last window seat in CW - usually row 15 for my route - to be the best. It's a cot seat, so not available, even to Golds, for selection. I did find out from a friendly worker at BA that Golds can "snag" these seats three (3) days prior to departure, but they need to call. Worked for me for this trip!

I haven't seen this mentioned before. If it was, I apologize.

(I like seats 15a and 15k because they are window seats and have their own exit - i.e., no need to climb over somebody)
