Same here...

49 MIN with a clueless agent and then transferred to a 'lead'
1HR15MIN with this lead who's computer froze twice and then my BB batt almost died, we finished with "I will have to call you back with the taxes"
11 MIN with the lead an hour later for the taxes, fees and of course the Aeroplan service fee for the pleasure of AP's own IT issues.
