I'm not too picky where we go, as long as we hit Elysian. They have outstanding brews, as I was lucky enough to sample at this year's Oregon Brewers Festival.

And I don't think you'll have to go looking for Red Hook. It's almost as ubiquitous in Seattle as Charbux.

Black Butte Porter is a very fine ale. Deschutes' Mirror Pond on cask is even better. One of my top five of all time.

Yes, Catman, I think it's time we upgrade your palate. I know you have a soft spot for Sam's, but there's a gigantic range of beers out there. Sample a few of the better ones and you'll never go back to Sam Adams. Trust me on this. I'm determined to turn you in a bona fide hop head like me.
