Thanks to everyone for their quick and friendly responses! Yeah, I'm really excited about the flight, and am crossing my fingers for future upgrades. 2012 looks like at least 7 trips down to FLL (so hopefully 28 segments), so hopefully I can keep my status with just 1 MR.

I don't usually eat at the airport as its really pricey, for my blood. But If you are looking for a place that isn't too crowded. Carolina Ale works at the end of D is usually pretty quiet compared to the rest of the airports, unless they have a bunch of international flights getting ready to leave in the evening. They also usually have at least one decent beer.
