I really have a hard time believing the Citibank agent would actually know that. I'm not saying I don't believe they actuallly said that to you, but how would they know?
I just spent $1000 today on AA.com. I'm hoping to call and get those miles and all associated bonus miles expedited on Wednesday, but I'm honestly not holding my breath.
Has anyone sucessfully expedited the bonus miles as of yet? This question only applies to those that has a statement that closes after November 27th.
