Good, but nothing special. All dishes were a bit fat.
I have not tried any other Shang Palace, it was our first one.
In Paris close to George V / Plaza Athénée I think 'Chez Diep' is far better. Ok, decor is not the same and service may be more 'standard', anyway the food is really good & tasty there.
