I have not any problems checking in an extra passenger at the FC Check-In in ZRH. Just told them we are a party of three and if it was possible to check us in together blabla. Always worked. Lounge has not been a problem either, I just asked nicely if they could make an exception and they were always friendly and willing to help... ^
