For the last year or so I was feeling a little blase about the information available on FlyerTalk. Seemed like I already knew everthing I needed to know. What had actually happened was that I had fallen into a travel rut, flying just UAL and AS. using just their clubs and staying at Hiltons.

In the last couple of weeks, however, I have ventured out into new airlines, cities without UAL or AS clubs, wanted a multiple leg trip, etc., and really needed some new input.

Thanks to all of you who have dramactically expanded my knowledge these past couple of weeks. I feel so much smarter now, thanks to you.
