We have already seen several successful bids for the first two weeks in December, historically the busiest time of the year in New York City and $190/night for a 4* in the Times Square zone for 11/23-11/26, also historically very busy dates over Thanksgiving.
I still think the first two weeks in December will be very busy, just not as busy as usual.
