The point of the post was that selecting first/business on the starter page DOES NOT bring up all the flights from GSO - ATL. In fact it only brings up those flights which are two-cabin; these choices are a) limited and b) not conducive to the connecting flight I wish to be on. Phoning the PM line yields the same results, i.e. the agent recites precisely what delta.com spits out. Only through expedia am I able to build the itinerary I want. This was the point of the post.
