I arrived from paris in BA327. I am still queuing to get a taxi. It's terrible. We had to wait for the luggage, we have to wait for te taxi after a 5h delay. The phone number i have been given to call in France is mot working during on Sunday. No one gave us information unless we asked for it. To fly? We managed to. To serve? Nah!
I can't blame the staff, they are nice and do their best I am sure. But the organisation is terrible...
