reservations not showing online
I have two reservations (I received an email confirmation) at the Grand Hyatt Bali that do not show online when I check my account. I called the Diamond line and the agent said she could see them. Her explanation as to why I couldn't had something to do with an error with the GHB's computer system (I didn't quite understand).
Anyone else have a problem like this? I have counted on checking my account on line for any upcoming adjustments I may need to make to my reservations. It makes me worried that I have other upcoming reservations I might not remember making but need to cancel.
