Reminds me of a similar trip I made last year during the London snow.. I waited 13 hours in Holyhead for a boat able to take me. Did manage to find a charming pub in Holyhead which served a lovely burger! Not really sure how lovely it was, but it was certainly comfort food!

In total, door-to-door between Aarhus, Denmark and my girlfriends house in Dublin - 49.5 hours!

This year I vowed to go via CPH instead of London!
