Stayed here last weekend. Room was OK, not small but the internal sound proofing seemed non-existent. Noise in the corridor passed through a huge gap between the door and the door frame.
Check in and check out was extremely slow and absolutely no recognition of Platinum membership.
Service everywhere else was perfunctory. This hotel won't be on my list to revisit.
