The closest and the least expensive in terms of transportation is to go to Main Street in Kew Gardens Hills where there is a myriad of restaurants. Take the Air Train to Jamaica and then get out and walk 2 blocks and take the Q 44 bus. Get off the bus at 73 Avenue ( you will have passed one restaurant already) and walk in the direction the bus was going. There are a number of restaurants=-on the other side of the street. If you want a nicer meat restaurant--Hapishah--than take the bus to Union Turnpike ( before 73rd) and get off. walk to the corner, cross the street and turn right heading East on Union Turnpike. The restaurant is 1.5 blocks down. B'tava'von.
