I agree with what your saying, and it's definately an important benefit for most of the employees. It just makes sense that priority and consideration is always given to the paying guests first.
The important aspect of flying J or F for business passengers is being able to have a reasonable bite to eat and sleep well, so that they can be on top form on arrival at the destination. Anything that detracts from that is making the experience pointless.
