Now, back to 777's question @105, people quibble over what condition their conditions are in, but the Grand suite we get and the VIEW of the Sound from ~ the 28th floor trumps all. And try to get the corner that has the Sound out one side and the Space Needle out the other. You'll see.

Had it some years ago it was fantastic including a sub zero fridge in the wet bar area if its the same set up I'm thinking of.I believe this property was originally designed to be a stand alone boutique hotel.At some point the hotel took on Hyatt management and the Grand Hyatt brand name in the partnership.
