I have a question regarding mile redemption on different types of booking classes. I'm putting together a rather complicated itinerary right now, designed to maximize the number of miles I can squeeze on this trip to bring me to Diamond status. I'm hoping to do this before my next trip in the summer.

YYZ-LHR is codeshare on LH operated by AC on L Booking Class. Now would this follow the rules under LH or AC? Following the redemption chart, if this follows the rules under LH, then I don't earn any miles on this leg. But if it's on AC, I earn 100% miles.

Similarly, I have a flight out of LHR to EWR codeshare on LH operated by CO on K Booking Class. Similarly, it's 100% on CO, but 0 miles on LH.

Anyone had any similar experiences? Is there an email or phone number I can call to confirm?
