If you look back at my review on 10/16/2009, they failed to do the Platinum Arrival Gift also and screwed up on the room type. I did not mention in the review but I did go down to the counter and asked for $100. They discussed and handed me the money. I seem to remember reading the T&C then that the maximum was $100.

I thought maybe things were messed up because it was the balloon weekend. Maybe they are just not good with this whole thing.
