Obviously like many of you I am disheartened about the announced fuel surcharges. I'd like to do a mini-rtw next fall. I'm struggling, however, with whether to book something now so I can avoid the fuel surcharges given the possibility that I will need to change some aspect of the trip triggering repricing. Anybody else in the same boat? What would you suggest?
