Tolerance flowing both ways would indeed be nice. Haven't eaten meat in over 20 years and I can't count the number rude, harassing, unwelcome comments I've gotten from folks who eat meat, and seem disturbed by the fact that I don't. I've never harassed them or cared what they eat, though. Got better things to do.
