There is no UP3A code.

UP2A is DL RESERVE DM / DM PASSENGER DESIRING TO USE A SYSTEMWIDE UPGRADE TO FIRST OR BUSINESS CABIN.

You, on your own, cannot validate that you are coded as a UP2A ... Only an agent or someone with access to DL's systems can do so.
