I believe the longest 757 flight currently operated by AA is MIA-SSA. Flight time wise, however, the longest AA 757 likely MAN-ORD, depending on the winds.

AA used to fly HNL-STL on the 757, which is probably the longest AA 757 ever operated. Westbound the flight had to stop in California to refuel (LAX, IIRC) but eastbound the flight was operated non-stop.
