My fiancee and I are planning our honeymoon for June of 2012. My (soon to be) father-in-law is letting us use his HHonors points to book basically any Hilton property we want to stay at.

The problem is air fare - We can't afford to fly to Europe or Hawaii so we are limited to the US, Mexico or the Caribbean.

The main thing we want is seclusion - A relaxing resort with plenty of privacy and relaxing activities.

At this point my top picks are the Breckenridge resort in Colorado (has anyone been there in the summer?), or the Rose Hall in Jamaica (my concern here is will it be overly crowded?),

Any other suggestions, or comments about these resorts?
