The chap in front of us had his BP scanned and it beeped green yet the agent told him he didn't meet the entry requirements.
He politely told her that he didn't have his card and asked her to look at his status printed on the BP....she apologised and allowed him entry. I would have thought green would have meant good to go...obviously not.
