Seatcounter is never coming back because the underlying itn.net site that powered it is dead. You can go ahead and delete that bookmark.
The easiest option is to use co.com. It now has "expert mode" available when you do a revenue flight search by clicking on the "Fare Class" link in the right-most column of the search results page.
If you have a browser that supports GreaseMonkey scripts then this will likely be attractive to you.
You can also use
flightstats.com's tool if you want.
