You're right about the international situation at PIT -- the problem is international arrivals are on the airside terminal, not in the regular baggage claim area. Then you gotta lug it down the escalator and across the train.

Of course this only affects Pittsburghers -- so for the rest of you, your luggage will be transferred to your much more logical airport
