Worst (from my experience):
1. MSP (Under construction for the next 10 years)
2. ATL (Too spread out - like MSP)
Best:
1. JAX (Easy in/out, awesome car rental pickup and return)
2. TPA (Same reasons as JAX, clean.)
3. MCO (A little too hectic, though.)
