Several years ago my luggage was stolen, internally at YYZ. I was to pick it up there and drive to Georgian Bay ...I waited for several flight but no luggage...a lot of wasted time. It later turned up at outside a Tim Hortons in Oakville and I picked up my luggage at a police station there......with nothing missing as I recall but it was total nightmere for me.

of course I reported it. Police filed a report but I never heard another word about it. I also filed complaints with YYZ Authorities but that is like talking to sponge. Zero response which still grates me.
