Yes, I managed to change both the Visa and Amex dates. I received both cards (the 50K, 2.5K spend) late Oct. and when I saw that the statement dates were around 10 Nov. I panicked (as I didn't believe I had the time to get the 2.5 K spend limit in time) and called them up to change. My new statement dates are Nov. 22 and Nov. 28 (though I was originally told I would have to wait for a billing cycle befor the change was made). Conflicting reports though the outcome for me was positive.
