Background checks can take quite a while to process through. It all depends how easy it is/was to track your movements over the last 10 years. I think mine alone took 3 weeks. If you are being processed with a background check there is a very strong possibility that you will be offered a position as the background check is a huge endeavor to undertake to not offer a position to somebody, unless something negative turns up in their check. I'd give it another couple of weeks.
