Nothing against Expedia, except they immediately charge the CC at time of booking and our trip is not finalized yet. I do not want to make for example three bookings via Expedia where in the end we only need one.

I was mainly annoyed by IHG giving a Best Price Guarantee when booking on ihg.com and then this can't be applied because the child policy by each individual hotel is out of their control.
