What are the standard five male dress codes, you ask? Simple. As opposed to the number of possible combinations and standards females need to deal with, men follow one of the following:

1 - Riduculous (Tux)
2 - Very Formal (Jacket and tie)
3 - Formal (Jacket, no tie, shoes)
4 - Normal (anything covering essential body parts)
5 - Comfortable (Clothes optional)

Please let me know which number the restaurant is expecting....Thanks.
