I'll start:

JFK-HKG-JFK, first class: Avios increase 60k
LHR-PVG-LHR, first class: Avios decrease 60k

There must be many more!
Increase in whinging from NA based members who are now charged a more realistic amount to fly LAN to Easter Island or CX to Bali 100%

The percentage of NA members who, in light of these changes will reduce the amount they fly on BA as opposed to flying on a OW carrier (eg AA) and crediting it to BAEC because they want to fly to Bali or the Easter Islands 1%
