Any Starwood Platinum attendees who have recently become Platinum (eg. Gold/Platinum Challenge)and are planning to stay at a Starwood property during the FAQ, please make sure to call your Platinum Concierge to verify that your status is up to date and showing in the property's computer system. According to Le Centre Sheraton's computer system, I was still listed as a Starwood Gold member. Just a heads up.
