I don't know about a tux (I'd have to rent one) but I suggest that we all "dress up" for the dinner as our way of rising above the low standards that have prevailed recently on the board.

Besides, as a friend says about her formal dress dinner parties, "Elegantly dressed people have elegant thoughts."
